Administrative Assistant II / Executive Officer (Ref.: 533288)

Applicants should possess a good Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of full‑time administrative experience, preferably in a tertiary institution or public organization. An excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin is a must), IT competency with proficiency in MS Office, good problem‑solving and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently are essential. They should also be good team players and self‑starters with a positive attitude, as well as attentive to details. Preference will be given to those with solid experience in programme administration and event management. Working on weekends or outside office hours for the programmes and activities will be required.

The appointee will manage non‑credit bearing programmes and organize related events and activities, including:

  • Event and course planning
  • Budgeting, financial reporting, and accounting
  • Liaison and communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Event promotion and webpage content management
  • Logistical management for events and courses
  • Documentation preparation

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview. Those with lower academic qualifications or less work experience may be considered for the position of Executive Officer.
