Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support
  2. Coordinating and preparation of deliverables in a timely manner
  3. Handling ad-hoc and general administrative responsibilities and tasks assigned
  4. Attending incoming and forwarding calls
  5. Attending incoming and outgoing mails

Requirements:

  1. Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
  2. Accounting knowledge is an added advantage
  3. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
  4. Good organizational and multi-tasking skills
  5. Minimum 1 year relevant working experience
