Job Description
Communication and Documentation:
- Serve as a liaison between the Automation Development Engineering team and stakeholders.
- Draft, proofread, and edit technical documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence.
- Respond to inquiries, prioritize messages, and ensure timely communication.
Administrative Support For Engineering Operations
- Manage project documentation, including SOPs, manuals, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with policies and standards.
- Manage inventory of tools, parts, and supplies.
- Assist in tracking project deliverables and resource allocation.
- Provide administrative support, including onboarding and training coordination.
- Document technical specifications, track progress, and present findings.
- Lead production and office quality audits, ensuring WD 6S standards.
Meeting And Project Coordination
- Monitor purchase orders, delivery timelines, and inventory.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and collaborations.
- Prepare agendas, document minutes, and follow up on actions.
- Support project timelines using tools like Microsoft Teams.
- Work with teams to establish requirements and integrate software solutions.
Expense And Budget Management
- Prepare and submit travel budgets and expenses via WD Concur.
- Reconcile expenses, ensuring policy compliance.
- Align purchasing decisions with budgets and negotiate terms.
- Manage PO/PR creation based on approvals.
- Prepare and submit travel budgets in WD Concur.
Qualifications
Required:
- Certificate/Diploma in any field.
- At least 5 years of administrative experience.
- Proven experience supporting executives.
Preferred:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams.
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
