Job description

Hiring an Administrative Assistant to provide support to the executive team.

Enjoy a dynamic work environment offering administrative and communication support in collaboration with leading international corporations, the Malaysian government, and international agencies. Our group operates within the Space, Defence, and Digital Industries sectors, serving government and corporate clients.

Preferred candidates will have skills in graphic design, an interest in military products, and basic website development.

The successful applicant will learn essential aspects of corporate communications, bid and procurement document preparation, management of documentation for accounting, company administration support, and participate in meetings with international partners and Malaysian government agencies.

The role includes providing administrative support for business development activities, such as attending presentations, preparing minutes of meetings, sales pipeline reports, sales presentations, and other promotional materials.

A probation period of 6 months offers the opportunity for a full-time contract.

Proficiency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English is mandatory. The candidate must communicate politely and respectfully with staff and external parties at all times. Fluency in Polish, French, or Russian will be an advantage.

The candidate should be punctual, reliable, and presentable. Applicants with motorcycle or vehicle ownership are preferred and should be willing to deliver confidential documents as needed.

The successful applicant must be prepared to undertake an aptitude test.
