A logistics and operations company in Selangor is seeking an administrative personnel to handle various office tasks, including managing staff passes, coordinating vehicle repairs, and maintaining office equipment. The role demands strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple administrative duties efficiently.
Process and issue staff PortPasses, temporary visitor work passes, vehicle stickers, parking permits, and locker keys.
Handle company stamp and staff/department business card orders and collections.
Prepare and issue supporting letters to contractors.
Coordinate servicing and urgent repairs for Operations and Maintenance vehicles.
Manage courier services, document collection, and submissions to banks and government offices.
Monitor and maintain office equipment (e.g., printers/toner) across all departments.
Send PPE for laundry.
Perform other ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
