About the role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at TECH PLUS (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. in our Kuching, Sarawak office. In this full-time role, you will provide essential administrative support to our business, ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day operations.
What you'll be doing
Providing a wide range of administrative support, including arranging meetings, managing schedules, and handling correspondence
Maintaining meticulous records and filing systems to ensure efficient document management
Assisting with the coordination of travel arrangements and expense reporting
Supporting the management team with various projects and tasks as required
Acting as the first point of contact for our clients and partners, handling inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
Contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the office
What we're looking for
Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role, preferably with working experience of more than 1 year
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to interact with clients and colleagues at all levels
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality work
