Job description

We’re looking for a HRDF Admin Executive who is highly organised, client-focused, and experienced in HRDCorp submissions. You’ll play a vital role in managing training operations and liaising with both internal and external stakeholders. This is a 1-year contract position with the opportunity for annual renewal.

Location: Johor

Contract: 1-year (Renewable annually)

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Admin, or a related field

Experience: 2–3 years in HRDF / HR admin

Employment Type: Full-time

Travel Requirement: Able to travel to Singapore once a week (Wednesdays)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit HRDCorp programme applications, grant claims, and related documentation.
  • Be the main point of contact for clients — manage communications, respond to enquiries, and ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Liaise with HRDCorp, training providers, and internal teams to ensure compliance and coordination.
  • Maintain accurate training records and assist with audits and reporting.
  • Be contactable during working hours, able to manage client requests, and respond promptly.
  • Provide regular updates and report directly to the Managing Director.
  • Travel to Singapore once a week (Wednesdays) to support cross-border operations and meetings.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 2–3 years of HRDF administration experience, including programme submissions and claims.
  • Familiarity with HRDCorp platforms (eTRiS, etc.) and current training grant policies.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Professional, responsive, and confident when dealing with clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Willing and able to travel to Singapore weekly for work purposes.
