Job description

What you will be doing (Key Responsibilities):

  1. Recruitment handling: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including conducting new employee orientation, probation review, and evaluation.
  2. Employee management: Maintain employee personnel data, track attendance and leave records, address employee issues such as attendance, absenteeism, disputes, grievances, and administer disciplinary procedures. Manage employee permit applications and hostel management.
  3. HR and Administrative duties: Maintain HR documentation such as employment letters, memos, confirmations, promotions, transfers, and terminations. Handle ad-hoc HR and administrative tasks, assist with internal and external audits, and manage company vehicle records, maintenance, road tax, and insurance renewals.
  4. Payroll process: Ensure accurate processing of allowances, overtime, and payments, including EPF, SOCSO, and PCB contributions.
  5. Events organization: Organize staff engagement events and promote a positive company culture.
  6. HR policies and compliance: Develop and implement HR policies, Employee Handbook, job descriptions, performance evaluation systems, and standard operating procedures. Ensure adherence to employment laws, immigration regulations, and internal policies. Keep updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary updates.

What do we need from you (Job Requirements):

  1. HR Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR, preferably in manufacturing.
  2. Educational Background: Diploma or higher in HR or Business Administration.
  3. Language Skills: Proficiency in English; Mandarin is an advantage.
  4. Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  5. Work Style: Self-motivated, able to work independently.
  6. Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, good organizational and time-management abilities, high attention to detail.
