Job description

We are looking for a motivated and well-organized Admin Executive Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative support to the management team. This is an ideal opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a professional office environment. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in general administrative duties such as data entry, document filing, printing, and correspondence.

Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and arrange travel or appointments for senior staff.

Prepare simple reports, letters, or meeting minutes as instructed.

Organize and maintain office records and files.

Support coordination between departments for smooth daily operations.

Greet visitors and handle incoming calls or emails when needed.

Assist with any other ad hoc tasks or assignments by the management.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related fields.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and email).

Good communication skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia is a bonus.

Willing to learn, responsible, and able to work in a team.
