Responsibility
  • Project Documentation
    • Organize and maintain project files, including drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and material schedules.
    • Track client approvals for design changes and finishes.
    • Keep project correspondence and daily progress logs updated.
  • Procurement & Material Support
    • Assist with ordering finishes, fixtures, furniture, and carpentry materials.
    • Track deliveries and coordinate handovers to the site team.
    • Maintain records for client and internal approvals of materials.
  • Financial & Contract Assistance
    • Support invoice preparation, payment claims, and budget tracking.
    • Maintain records of quotations, contracts, and approved changes.
    • Help manage variation orders (VOs) when design adjustments are made.
  • Client & Team Communication
    • Assist with client meetings, design presentations, and tender submissions as needed.
  • General Administrative Support
    • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as requested by the project manager or design team.
    • Assist in tracking schedules, follow-ups, and project progress.
