Goldenhome Malaysia Hiring! Full Time Administration Manager (Mandarin Speaker) in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 6,000 - Ricebowl
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or any related field.
At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
Proficient in written and verbal Communication in English and Mandarin (Preference will be given to those who are fluent in Mandarin).
Good Interpersonal, Organizational, Administrative writing, Reporting, and Agenda-setting skills.
Work 5+1 days a week (one day working from home), with one day off each week.
Supervise and manage daily human resources and administrative operations.
Develop and implement human resources policies, plans, and compliance guidelines.
Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs.
Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.
Ensure strict compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Maintain employee records and human resources documents.
Coordinate training, performance evaluations, and succession planning.
Supervise administrative staff and ensure smooth office operations.
