Job description

Develop, implement, and optimize administrative processes and workflows within the live streaming department.

Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.

Create, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process flowcharts for live stream production (pre-production, live broadcast, post-production).

Procurement:

Manage the procurement process for equipment, supplies, and services (e.g., cameras, lighting, software).

Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.

Source, evaluate, and select suppliers and vendors.

Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers.

Track and manage purchase orders and deliveries.

Payment:

Manage and oversee payment processing for vendors, suppliers, and talents involved in live stream activities.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.

Reconcile accounts payable and resolve payment discrepancies.

Maintain accurate records of all payments and transactions.

Team Leadership:

Lead, supervise, and mentor administrative team members.

Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively.

Provide training, guidance, and support to team members.

Monitor team performance and provide feedback.

Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

SOPs and Workflows:

Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflows.

Ensure all team members adhere to established SOPs.

Identify areas where workflows can be streamlined and optimized for efficiency and quality control.

Create process flowcharts and other visual aids to document production processes.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an Admin Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a live stream production, media production, or e-commerce environment.

Strong understanding of administrative and office management procedures.

Experience in process creation, implementation, and optimization.

Solid knowledge of procurement and payment processing.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Fluency in Chinese/Mandarin (written and spoken) is essential.
