A leading global company in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant. This role involves managing communications, scheduling meetings, and ensuring efficient office operations. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Business Administration and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills are essential. This position offers a dynamic work environment where multitasking is key.
Act at the point of contact between the Group and internal/external parties. Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, taking messages and routing correspondence. Contact and follow up with various Officers. Handle requests and queries appropriately. Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders. Make travel arrangements as needed. Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data. Monitor office supplies. Produce reports, presentations and briefs decks. Develop and carry out an efficient documentations and filing system.
