ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE CUM DOCUMENT CONTROLLER
Selangor Part-Time RM 2,001 - RM 3,000

Responsibilities include:

  1. Attending to telephone calls, ensuring all calls are answered within three (3) rings.
  2. Supporting department head and motivating subordinates; conducting new staff orientation.
  3. Ensuring the availability of stationery and toiletries as required.
  4. Maintaining the functionality of computers and information systems at all times.
  5. Ensuring hardware and software operate smoothly for system efficiency.
  6. Ensuring compliance with ISO requirements in task performance.
  7. Performing other ad hoc duties assigned by management.
  8. Providing guidance and direction to co-workers, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and cost controls.
  9. Establishing and implementing new procedures.
  10. Disciplining and supporting the team in processing documentation.
  11. Assisting in setting up or creating a new document library.
  12. Retrieving files for colleagues and customers as needed.
  13. Reporting errors or developments in operations.
