Position Title: Administration Executive

Position Type: Permanent; Full-time

Salary: RM 2500-3500

Location: Mid Valley City (5-day week), Kuala Lumpur

Introduction

Chrisjac is an established recruitment firm, serving corporate clients in Malaysia for three decades in the staffing industry. We are currently working with an established public listed company based at Mid Valley City to recruit a full-time Administration Executive.

Job Description

The role is primarily office-based, where the incumbent will be responsible for providing administrative support to overall business operations. This non-professional, full-time permanent position requires someone capable of multi-tasking and handling a variety of finance, office administration, and tenancy duties. The main responsibilities include record keeping, document filing, and managing tenancy/letting of properties.

The job duties include:

  1. General office administration, including data entry tasks
  2. Scanning, copying documents, and retrieving records
  3. Managing property letting and maintenance
The Candidate
  • Malaysian, preferably female, energetic and enthusiastic, aged 25-35
  • Minimum qualification: SPM or Diploma in Business Administration or Accounting
  • Some experience in an administrative role within an office environment
  • Good computer skills; knowledge of Excel and internet usage
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in fluent English; conversant in BM and Mandarin
