- Ensure operations follow warehouse rules & regulations.
- Maintain stock register and cleanliness at workplace.
- Monitor staff performance and attendance.

Job Responsibility
- To ensure the operations follow the warehouse rules & regulations.
- Adopt self-dignity & honesty amongst staff in carry out works and responsibilities.
- Ensure the information in the stock register is always up to date.
- To maintain cleanliness at workplace at all time.
- Ensure systematic arrangement of documents and files for easy retrieval.
- Liaison with sales admin department for documentation on receiving, delivery, return, stock adjustment
- Liaison with transporter, forwarder, courier service provider for collection arrangement
- Maintenance of Bar coding printing machine, Fax, Copier, Printer.
- Monitor staff performance and attendance.
- To identify any inefficiency and suggest improvement proposal where possible
- To deliver the result within value system of EITA.
- And any other duties as assigned by the HOD from time to time
Job Requirements

- Possess SPM or Diploma in any field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in Administrative position or in any related field.
- Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
