We are currently seeking a diligent and highly organized Administration Assistant (for the Litigation Department and Conveyancing Department) to support our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Legal Support: Assist Legal Associates & Firm Partners in drafting letters, legal documents, and correspondence.
  2. Invoice and Billing Management: Manage and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
  3. Conveyancing Support: Assist in processing loan applications and conveyancing-related documentation.
  4. Case Management: Assist in processing case files and documentation related to ongoing litigation.
  5. Client Interaction: Handle client communications, schedule appointments, and maintain client records.
  6. Documentation: Prepare and organize documents, ensuring all legal paperwork is accurate and confidential.
  7. Database Management: Maintain and update the firm's database, ensuring data integrity and security.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a law firm or legal environment.
  3. Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
  4. Language: Proficiency in English and Malay. Additional language skills are a plus.
  5. Attributes: High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
