Job description

This is an exciting opportunity to work with an established transportation company providing tailored bus solutions to schools and businesses across Klang Valley. With over 40 years of experience in the industry and a fleet size of more than 50 vehicles under their management.

They are currently looking for a candidate to join their administration and operation team based in one of the most prestigious international school in Kuala Lumpur. The candidate will have the opportunity to work with people from diverse and international backgrounds in a beautiful and spacious international campus setting.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the school management staff to address any operational issues, feedback or areas of improvement
  • Work on projects to improve company systems, processes and student sign ups
  • Handle customer queries or feedback with constructive outcomes in a proactive, timely and professional manner
  • Ensure the smooth running of our daily operations by supervising and problem solving on the go

Job Requirements:

  • A Bachelors Degree holder
  • Able to start work at 6am
  • Able to work well and manage expectations of various stakeholders of diverse backgrounds such as school staff, bus drivers, school children and parents
  • Proficient and experienced in Google Suite and MS Office
  • Excellent organisational skill and attention to detail
