Pre-Sales
- Handle and reply to social media inquiries on Facebook, Google, and TnG leads, if applicable.
- Provide daily status updates on social media leads.
- Update SME and Matrade company lists for EDM and cold calling.
- Handle call-in and walk-in customer inquiries regarding products, ordering processes, and subscription referrals.
- Manage promotional or EDM content, leads, and follow-ups.
Sales
- Maintain records including IC copies, SSM, etc., for online and offline orders.
- Issue manual e-mandates for online customers.
- Check and update Curlec online payment status.
- Issue Dropbox sign e-agreements for offline orders only.
- Update WP-Admin for online orders under processing or successful.
- Update all sales confirmation paperwork from customers, such as PO, PI, and signed quotations.
- Assist with Smart Credit submissions, checking, and follow-up.
- Coordinate website administration and order fulfillment for online and offline platforms.
Post-Sales
- Update orders in Sales Connect, Caction system, or website admin dashboard.
- Check and update delivery status for customers.
- Issue OS tickets for technical issues reported by customers requiring assistance.
- Complete documentation and filing for all online and offline orders.
- Perform other sales support tasks as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive is advantageous.
- Knowledge of modern marketing techniques or customer service is advantageous.
- High-level communication and networking skills.
- Passion for sales.
- Good task and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
