Job summary

Job Description

POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

To ensure the training operations for all school is managed efficiently and effectively

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

  • Coordinate all in-house, public and external agency training as planned in yearly training calendar as well as ad-hoc training
  • Apply HRD Corp training grant in e-Tris system and ensure training grant is approved before training commence
  • Ensure the training equipment and facilities are adequate and fulfil the requirements
  • Ensure logistic arrangement are completed (participant's accommodation, trainer's travelling ticket, transportation, training venue, refreshment and other which is related)
  • Ensure training invitation to all particpants before training commencement and meet the SOP requirement
  • Update training record and attendance through Learning Portal in the e-MAGE system and facilitate the certificate printing process (coordinate with MATC support team)
  • Compile training evaluation (L1, L2 & L3) and update through Learning Portal in the e-MAGE system or provided template
  • Maintain good relationship with training provider, external agencies, customers, regulatory authority and stakeholder
  • Carry out other duties or functions as and when required by superior.

  • To cater and deliver all related training programs in-line with regulatory requirements and company’s objectives.
Skills
  • Meticulous, well-organized, able to work independently and willing to learn new things.
  • Able to work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
  • Knowledge in e-TRiS (HRD Corp) & SAP system is advantage.
  • Team work, excellent communication skills with various level of people, fast leaner, self-starter with positive attitude.
  • Familiar with Employment Act, Malaysian Labor Law & Industrial Relation Act.
  • Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency in writing and communication skills both in Bahasa Melayu and English.
  • Sufficient knowledge in all areas of Human Capital functions.
Education

Diploma preferably with specialization in Human Resource / Business Administration or Human Development.
