Job Description

POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

Responsible for Operational issues relating to car park management

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

  • Prepare and review the Daily Report covering all parking areas under the responsibility of the Car Park Management (CPM) division.
  • Perform data entry and transaction processing in SAP, including the Billing SD Module and Billing RECN.
  • Generate and analyze the Payment Gateway Report, encompassing revenue from cash, cashless, Touch & Go, and handheld transactions.
  • Conduct daily float audits to ensure accuracy and accountability in cash handling.
  • Compile and summarize vehicle movement data across all managed parking facilities.
  • Prepare and reconcile the Reconciliation Report to validate revenue and payment records.
  • Manage matters related to the issuance and processing of Debit and Credit Notes.
  • Oversee Cash In Transit (CIT) activities, ensuring timely and secure fund transfers.
  • Prepare and monitor reports on Gross Revenue, Sales and Service Tax (SST), Revenue after SST, and Budgeted Revenue.
  • Enter and maintain Season Card data within the SAP system.
  • Provide support to the CPM Operations and Administration teams on cash management-related issues and process improvements.
  • Handle customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining a high standard of customer service
