Job Description

POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

The scope of the Non Aero Commercial Admin Operations Assistance encompasses the follow-through activities of the commercial operations and activities of all businesses under his/her area of coverage. This area includes enforcement, communications, liaising with local authorities, financial and system, and legal requirements.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

  1. Ensure reliability and effectiveness of enforcement activities / inspections on retail, F & B, and tenancy (Operational requirements, timely reporting, reminders updated, and communication, etc.)
  2. Achieve the timely input of all RE Modules under the SAP applications, including compliance, operational rating, and billing.
  3. Compile and record all operational compliances, reports, and customer feedback.
  4. Assist in site visits, e.g., tendering processes, ASQ, IMS, internal audits, collaboration of internal joint inspections, reinstatement.
  5. Assist superiors in achieving the targeted goals and objectives set by the company.
  6. Compile and update (as necessary) all data/information and maintain a database of all partners.
  7. Liaise closely with the Commercial Division.
  8. Perform other duties as requested by superiors from time to time.
  9. Ensure enforceability of commercial activities at KLIA and KLIA2 airports, including inspections four (4) times for all partners.
  10. Ensure commercial activities at KLIA airport comply with company policies and procedures.
  11. Support the Head/Executives of Non Aero Commercial Operations Malaysia Airports (Sepang) on planning and operational matters.

Education
  • SPM with Credit in Bahasa Malaysia and passes in English and Mathematics.
