A leading construction company is seeking an administrative assistant to handle general office tasks, document management, and support duties. Ideal candidates will have at least an SPM qualification, proficiency in MS Office, and excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. The role requires flexibility and ownership of a vehicle is preferred.

Carry out day-to-day general office administrative duties such as filing, stock keeping, copying, scanning, data entry, and preparing reports, letters, etc.
Perform office support and outdoor duties including document collection and delivery, bank payments, etc.
Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
Job Requirements
Candidates must possess at least SPM qualification.
Proficient in MS Office and Outlook.
Able to work independently.
Able to work from Monday to Saturday.
Good communication skills.
Able to communicate and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Preferably possess own vehicle.
