1. OSH Administration
  • Maintain and update OSH records, reports, and filing systems (e.g., incident reports, safety training, PPE issuance, chemical registers).
  • Coordinate and schedule OSH training, briefings, and audits.
  • Assist in preparing documentation for DOSH, MOH, and other regulatory bodies.
  • Keep track of clinic safety equipment (fire extinguishers, AED, spill kits, etc.) and schedule regular servicing.
2. Operational Support (Clinic OSH)
  • Monitor and ensure safe work practices are followed across clinic departments.
  • Assist in conducting hazard identification, risk assessments (HIRARC), and inspections.
  • Support emergency response readiness (fire drills, evacuation plans, first-aid readiness).
  • Coordinate waste management procedures in compliance with clinical and biohazard regulations.
  • Assist in incident investigation and reporting.
3. Compliance and Support
  • Assist in implementing OSH policies and procedures.
  • Ensure signage, safety posters, and awareness materials are displayed and maintained.
  • Liaise with vendors or contractors for safety-related equipment or services.
  • Support infection control and occupational hygiene practices in the clinic.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent.
  • At least 1–2 years of working experience in a clinic/hospital/healthcare setting preferred.
  • Knowledge of OSH regulations (DOSH, OSHA 1994, and relevant MOH guidelines).
  • Strong administrative and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
