Job description

Salary Range: RM4000 - RM5000
Working Location: Senai JB
Company Background: Hardware Company (MNC)
Working Hours: 8am - 5pm (Monday to Friday)

Job Scope

  1. Supervise all company's general administrative functions.
  2. Handle all training-related matters.
  3. Procure and manage office & pantry supplies, sundries, stationery, office equipment, personal protective equipment (PPE), etc.
  4. In-charge of office facilities management, including operation-related maintenance and contracts.
  5. Liaise with vendors to support project executions and verify vendor invoices against completed tasks before submission for payment.
  6. Assist in all aspects of company's accreditation standards' policies and procedures - ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO22301, ISO37001, and ISO45001, including updating information, issuing reports, and providing training.
  7. Manage company accreditation programs regarding maintenance of quality records and ISO management systems.
  8. Handle ISO document control processes to ensure documentation is up-to-date.
  9. Organize and coordinate company events and activities.
  10. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum Diploma with 3 years of relevant experience.
  2. Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  3. Proficiency in written and spoken English & Mandarin to liaise with English & Mandarin-speaking vendors.
  4. Previous experience in handling ISO standards is preferred.
  5. Organized, proactive team player capable of working with minimal supervision.
