Job Description:
  1. To oversee and supervise daily operation of the administrative department includes purchasing, ordering, invoicing, customer service activities.
  2. To perform manpower planning to ensure the admin department has sufficient workforce.
  3. To provide department training, and evaluating employees.
  4. To developing, reviewing and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  5. To monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material (e.g.: Stationeries).
  6. To plan and implement of ISO & HACCP standard requirements.
  7. Participate in the confirmation evaluation and performance reviews of administrative departments.
Job Requirements:
  1. Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related role.
  3. Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  5. Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  6. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
