Job summary

Eco-Shop Marketing Berhad in Petaling Jaya offers an internship within the operations team. You will gain hands-on experience by supporting store administration, data compilation and daily communications.

Ideal candidates are in final semester with a Diploma or Bachelor in relevant fields and fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English. The role requires basic Excel and PowerPoint skills, and is based at Wisma LYL, Petaling Jaya for a minimum of 12 weeks.

Qualifications

• Final semester for Internship.
• Diploma or Bachelor in Business Admin, Store Operation, Operation Management or related field.
• Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Basic Excel, Microsoft and Power Point skill.
• Willing to work at Wisma LYL, Petaling Jaya office.
• Minimum 12 weeks of internship.

Responsibilities

• Manage store admin: compile data, generate reports and handle daily store communications.
• Work within Eco-Shop Marketing Berhad's operations team.
• Gain hands-on store operations and reporting experience.
• Perform administrative tasks pertaining to store operations.
• Support operation team in data compilation, reports generation and daily store communication.
