Overview

Role responsibilities and requirements for a Human Resources and Administration Executive.

Responsibilities
  • Involved in evaluation of appointed approved supplier
  • Price comparison and price negotiation
  • Necessity of issuing of PR & PO concerned
  • Overall purchasing involved in staff/driver uniform, purchase of office stationery, company printed materials (letter head, delivery note, jobsheet, logbook, Schencker Time Track, etc) and miscellaneous items
  • Diverting of PR& PO to group admin for approval
  • Monthly admin report needs to be submitted to group admin before the 10th of each month
  • Monthly office maintenance (office lighting, air conditioning, furniture, fire extinguisher) are operating well and in good order
  • Involved in Telco HP monthly tracking and checking
  • Monitoring staff attendance, personal attitude, work dedication and team work spirit
  • Preparing payroll report and monthly report to Group HR
  • Recruiting of new contract drivers and staff whenever required
  • Responsible for staff and driver’s insurance matters
  • Any ad-hoc task as assigned by the management
Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate / Diploma/ Degree regardless of the specific field of study
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in related field
  • Converse effectively in English, Malay & Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
