Role responsibilities and requirements for a Human Resources and Administration Executive.
Responsibilities
- Involved in evaluation of appointed approved supplier
- Price comparison and price negotiation
- Necessity of issuing of PR & PO concerned
- Overall purchasing involved in staff/driver uniform, purchase of office stationery, company printed materials (letter head, delivery note, jobsheet, logbook, Schencker Time Track, etc) and miscellaneous items
- Diverting of PR& PO to group admin for approval
- Monthly admin report needs to be submitted to group admin before the 10th of each month
- Monthly office maintenance (office lighting, air conditioning, furniture, fire extinguisher) are operating well and in good order
- Involved in Telco HP monthly tracking and checking
- Monitoring staff attendance, personal attitude, work dedication and team work spirit
- Preparing payroll report and monthly report to Group HR
- Recruiting of new contract drivers and staff whenever required
- Responsible for staff and driver’s insurance matters
- Any ad-hoc task as assigned by the management
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate / Diploma/ Degree regardless of the specific field of study
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in related field
- Converse effectively in English, Malay & Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
