Admin Executive - Website & Operations Support

Join our fast-growing team at AIG GLASS SDN BHD! We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Admin Executive to support our website and sales operations administration. This full-time role, based in Klang District, offers opportunities for individuals who are proactive, eager to learn, and ready to grow with a company in hyper-growth mode.

Responsibilities
  • Manage product listings, pricing updates, and category changes on e-commerce platforms
  • Respond to online customer inquiries or escalate to the relevant department
  • Prepare quotations as instructed
  • Provide daily administrative and coordination support
Qualifications
  • A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • 1–3 years of administrative experience, preferably with exposure to website or digital operations
  • Software skills: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify), proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and basic design ability using Canva
  • Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to coordinate across departments
