We are looking for a detail-oriented, efficient, and proactive Admin Executive to support the CEO Office. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the CEO Office through effective coordination, documentation, and administrative support. The ideal candidate should be organized, discreet, and able to work in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the CEO Office.
- Assist in managing the CEO and Head of CEO Office’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and event coordination.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, effectively managing inquiries and requests.
- Handle correspondence, documentation, reports, and presentations for the CEO Office.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely follow-ups and smooth information flow.
- Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and track action items to ensure timely completion.
- Support in organising company events, townhalls, and other CEO Office initiatives.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and records (physical and digital) for the CEO Office.
- Assist with travel arrangements, logistics, and expense claims when required.
- Monitor and manage general office administration matters related to the CEO Office.
- Ensure professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion at all times in handling sensitive information.
- Run errands as requested.
- Any other tasks as may be required by the CEO Office.
- Ensure at all times strict confidentiality of job function and information that is confidential in nature.
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field.
- 2–3 years’ experience in administrative or executive support roles (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
