ADMIN EXECUTIVE/OFFICER

Requirements / Responsibilities:

1. Possess a Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Business Administration/Accounting/Real Estate/Property Management or equivalent.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
3. Basic knowledge of accounting is an advantage.
4. Good team player, dedicated, committed, and with a pleasant personality.
5. Good skills in customer service.
6. Manage all administrative work of assigned properties, including operations, building maintenance, licenses/permits, safety & security, cleanliness, etc.
7. Manage handing over units to purchasers.
8. Coordinate defect rectification work between purchasers, contractors, consultants, and HQ.
9. Maintain positive and productive relationships with all parties.
10. Resolve complaints, problems, and requests from purchasers.
11. Position based at Puri Residence Clubhouse, Masai, Johor.
