Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • At least one year of experience in audit or bookkeeping
  • Minimum SPM; Fresh Graduates / Entry Level Candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Computer literate with basic typing skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), Canva

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Accounts Department with daily tasks such as checking invoices and claims, maintaining financial records, processing payments, and creating invoices
  • Design social media content and manage social media accounts
  • Provide PA support to the centre manager
  • Handle licensing, documentation, and filing for the school
  • Ensure proper filing and document matching
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
  • Input data into Bukku accounting software (training provided)
  • Make payments, reconcile payments and sales with bank statements
  • Check and update invoices and banking transactions
  • Maintain professionalism, ethics, and timeliness in all tasks
