A seafood processing company in Malaysia seeks an organized individual to handle general administration and inventory management tasks. The role involves monitoring stock levels, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring adherence to SOPs. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
Able to handle general administration work, issue invoice, received stock.
To follow up daily jobs execution to make surefollow our SOP and prepare and submit relevant reports on time without delay.
Work closely with internal department head to verify relevant documents and reports.
Monitor weekly / monthly stocks movement and highlight high / low stock level, andoversee the levels of our warehouse stock and place orders as needed.
Able to plan ahead and follow-through , excellent organizational and time-management skills
Assist inventory management team on paperwork and reporting
Able to work independently and capable of multitasking. Good organizational skills, keen attention to detail and aptitude for problem solving
