A leading company in property management seeks an administrative officer to assist with site visits and renovation oversight. This role requires effective communication, a proactive attitude, and the ability to travel for work. Possess basic knowledge of home renovation and refurbishment.
Must have own transportation (car).
Able to perform site visits and carry out tasks outside the office.
Good communication skills and able to interact well with clients, contractors, and team members.
Capable of inspecting and identifying issues after renovation work is completed (e.g. structural, finishing, or quality defects).
Job Requirements:
At least 1 year in administrative services or related fields. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
Proficiency in Mandarin (to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients), Bahasa Malaysia, and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
Willing to travel for errands or supervise renovation/outdoor tasks as needed.
Good attitude, responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour rest)
Saturday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM (30-minute rest)
