Job description

Provide administrative and clerical support to the sales department

Assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth and efficient sales operation.

Answering incoming call, forwarding & taking message

Provide sales assistance to customer through phone and provide the best customer serviceexperience to the customer

Arrange transportation day by day and ensure on time deliveries

Handle shipment coming from oversea and manage loading goods in store/warehouse

Prepare purchase order and check price comparison

Manage and keep track bills payment of company utilities, daily postal & courier service delivery and pick up arrangement

Maintain filing system for essential correspondence & document, maintain all administrative office record

Handle company event as company trip, training & meeting

Assisting with preparing sales and answering tender specification

REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma in Business Administrative / Degree / TVET Graduate

At least 2-3 years working experience required.

Required language (s) : English & Bahasa Malaysia

Have experience in SQL Accounting System will be an added advantage

Able to work independently with minimum supervision

Teamwork, problem solving, patience & communication

Can start work immediately will be an added advantage

On the job training will be provided

Able to work from Monday - Saturday

Our main product includes Ultrasound, X-Ray, DR / CR, Infant Incubator, Radiant Warmer, Haematology Analyzer (FBC), Chemistry Analyzer, E.C.G. (Electrocardiograph), C.T.G. (Fetal Monitor), Urine Analyzer, Patient Monitor, Vital Signs Monitor, Phototherapy Light, Bilirubin Jaundice Meter, Medical Disposable Items and so on. We are profesinal doing setup new hospitals, medical centre, maternity centre and new private clinics.

We also specializes in service maintenance (provide 24H service support) and component level for repairing of medical electronic device.
