A leading company in Malaysia is seeking an Administrative Support staff to handle visitor interactions, manage appointments, and maintain essential records and databases. The ideal candidate will possess a strong SPM/Diploma in Business Admin or a related field, along with proficient skills in MS Office. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively, ensuring smooth operations between staff and clients.
Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and handle inquiries professionally.
Manage appointments and meetings.
Administrative Support:
Maintain records, files, and databases.
Data Entry & Documentation:
Update spreadsheets, prepare reports, and assist with basic bookkeeping.
Coordination:
Liaise between staff, clients, and vendors.
SPM / Diploma in Business Admin, Office Management, or related field
Skills:
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong communication (verbal/written) and multitasking abilities.
Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
