A leading clinic is seeking a Mandarin-speaking candidate for a supportive role. You'll manage compliance documents, coordinate stock and purchase orders, and aid management with reporting. A focus on organization and communication is essential, with a preference for candidates with healthcare experience.
Manage clinic compliance documents (licenses, insurance, service records).
Monitor and maintain clinic stock (dental materials, consumables, medications).
Prepare purchase orders and liaise with suppliers.
Coordinate equipment maintenance and clinic facility needs.
Support management with monthly reports.
Assist with stock checks and control of wastage.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in admin, purchasing, or clinic support roles.
Preferably Mandarin-speaking candidates (must be able to communicate in Mandarin).
Good organisation and record-keeping skills.
Familiar with MS Office, Excel, and SQL systems.
Able to communicate with suppliers and coordinate orders.
Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
Dental or healthcare clinic experience is an advantage but not required.
