Job description

Job Responsibility

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for daily office operations.
  • Coordinate and assist in the execution of various ongoing projects.
  • Manage office tasks efficiently, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Act as a liaison between team members.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables, providing regular updates.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and project-related events.
  • Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations.
  • Handle inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Support project managers with administrative and coordination tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum education is Certificates / Vocational / Diploma.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
