We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin cum Operation Assistant to support our
leadership team. This role is initially offered on a temporary/contract basis, with the potential for
permanent conversion based on performance and business needs. The successful candidate
will be based in Kuala Lumpur and will operate remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
● Manage and coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings for senior executives.
● Schedule and organize virtual and in-person meetings, including preparation of agendas
and meeting materials.
● Handle professional communication, including drafting and responding to emails and
phone inquiries.
● Maintain records, documents, and confidential files efficiently and securely.
● Support day-to-day office management tasks remotely.
● Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
● Track deadlines, prepare reminders, and ensure timely follow-ups.
● Assist in travel arrangements and expense reporting when required.


Requirements:
● Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar
administrative role.
● Excellent command of written and spoken English.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online
scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
● Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
