Job summary

A marketing firm in Malaysia is seeking an Administrative and HR Officer to oversee office supplies inventory and general maintenance while managing recruitment processes and staff records. The candidate should possess a diploma or bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with at least 2-3 years of experience. Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is essential for effective communication. This role requires strong organizational and proactive skills.

Job description

Oversee office supplies inventory (pantry and stationery).

Responsible for office maintenance.

Responsible for office renewal such as business license, insurance.

Handle general administrative tasks include answering phone calls, responding to emails.

Arrange air ticket and accommodation of directors and staffs for business purposes.

Organize company event including team building, festival celebration, birthday celebration, annual dinner, company trip, etc.

Assist in performing ad-hoc task when and as needed.

Human Resource

Responsible for recruitment process include identify hiring needs, job posting, screening, arrange and conduct interview.

Responsible for on board and offboard process.

Responsible for staff leave management and checking staff attendance.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in both personal file and HR systems.

Responsible for staff claims include overtime, medical, mileage and etc.

Manage relevant training programs for employees and manage HRDC claims, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines and regulations.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management//Business Administrative or related disciplines.

Familiar with employment law and legislation.

At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Good command of verbal and written English / Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Able to work independently, self-motivated, well-organized, detailed minded, proactive & logical thinking.

Willing to work at Taman Perindustrian Bukit Serdang, Seri Kembangan
