We are a growing e-commerce and beauty service company, selling products via TikTok and Shopee, and offering beauty services. We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented Admin cum Customer Service Officer to support our operations and customer engagement!

• Key in and maintain daily sales records and reports
• Handle customer enquiries on TikTok, Shopee, and other platforms
• Assist with order processing, shipping coordination, and follow-ups
• Provide support for admin tasks such as scheduling and stock records
• Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth customer experience
• Assist with other reasonable ad hoc tasks as assigned
• Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken & written)
• Knowledge of Malay is a bonus
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Familiar with basic Excel or Google Sheets
• Responsible, proactive, and able to multitask
