Admin cum Customer Service Executive (Apple Authorised Service Centre)

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform inspections, prepare reports, manage warranty claims for Apple products, and ensure the highest quality of work and compliance with Service Level Agreements.
  2. Handle daily administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations of the company.
  3. Respond professionally and promptly to customer queries and complaints, facilitating their resolution.
  4. Strive to achieve and maintain overall performance by adhering to Premium Service Provider metric criteria.
  5. Efficiently handle inbound and outbound customer calls, as well as face-to-face interactions, to ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  6. Develop technical skills for professional services and undertake any ad-hoc assignments as required.
