Job description

Job Responsibility

  • Handle calls, emails, visitors, and appointments.
  • Update student records and databases.
  • Supervise and assist students when needed.
  • Manage documents, data entry, and filing.
  • Maintain office equipment and facilities.
  • Support other tasks as assigned.
  • Review Invoices and transactions billed
  • Bank reconciliation

Job Requirements

  • Candidates must possess with SPM/STPM/UEC Cert/ Diploma in Business Studies/ Business Administration/ Business Management/ Corporate Administration or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Candidates fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English are preferred as the role requires candidates to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision and to monitor deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
