Job Title: Admin cum Account Executive

Location: Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual to join our team as an Admin cum Account Executive. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks and support our accounting functions, ensuring smooth office operations and financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Tasks:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and record keeping.
  • Organize meetings, maintain office supplies, and manage filing systems.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist in HR-related tasks, such as employee onboarding and leave management.

Accounting Tasks:

  • Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and budgets.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Support in payroll processing and statutory submissions.
  • Prepare and submit tax filings and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
  • Monitor and track cash flow to ensure sufficient funds for operations.
  • Assist in year-end financial closing and liaise with auditors.
  • Generate and analyze financial statements to support management decisions.
  • Reconcile discrepancies in financial reports and conduct periodic account reviews.

Requirements

  • Education: Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and accounting software (SQL, MYOB).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
