About the role

KWAN KEE STORE (PENANG) SDN. BHD. located at MENARA NORTHAM, JALAN SULTAN AHMAD SHAH is seeking an experienced Admin Cum Account Executive in F&B to join our dynamic team in Bukit Mertajam, Penang. This full-time position is essential in providing administrative and accounting support to our growing business.

What you'll be doing

Handling general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies

Maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with bookkeeping tasks

Processing invoices, purchase order form, payments, and expense claims in a timely manner

Preparing financial reports and statements as required

Supporting the finance team with month-end and year-end closing processes

Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to address queries and resolve issues

Providing exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative and accounting role

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and accounting software

Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

A team player with a positive and proactive attitude

Knowledge of bookkeeping and small practice accounting principles
