Job description

Job Responsibilities:-

  • Enter and manage data in spreadsheets, databases, and Autocount system.
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation.
  • Create and update reports as requested.
  • Monitor/ receive payment in and out.
  • Monitor and arrange stock delivery, warranty checking on inventory.
  • Interact with clients, customers, internal sales person and vendors in a professional and helpful manner.
  • Process invoices, receipts, and orders as required.
  • Follow up on any assigned task.
  • Any other assigned tasks by the Head of Department.


Qualifications : SPM or equivalent

Experience : Fresh graduates or SPM school leavers are encourage to apply.
