Job description

Fragomen is looking for an Admin Coordinator to manage overall administrative tasks, coordinate and support the team in the local office.

As an Admin Coordinator, you will:

  • Prepare accurate immigration applications for submission, coordinate with relevant parties for required information and supporting documents.
  • Follow up with immigration authorities/embassies on application status.
  • Stay updated on immigration regulations.
  • Inform the team of immigration regulation changes and advise clients on application procedures if required.
  • Prepare relevant vouchers and billing instructions for payment of government fees.
  • Create internal memos for document/passport collection or return.
  • Accompany clients to the immigration department when required.
  • Make timely collections and deliveries at the assigned locations as needed.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks like document scanning, printing, and filing.
  • Undertake other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Let's talk if you have the following:

  • Diploma holder in any discipline.
  • Around 1-2 years of working experience in administration.
  • Relevant experience working with government departments and/or immigration is an added advantage but not a must.
  • Valid driving/motorbike license.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Reliable and conscientious with a good eye for detail.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and initiative regarding tasks for self and team.
  • Ability to contribute to a positive work environment.
