Job description

1. Support the project team in creating project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation to ensure project efficiency.

2. Track project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and propose mitigation strategies with regular updates to management and team.

3. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather project requirements and ensure client satisfaction.

4. Coordinate and execute all aspects of the project management cycle from start to finish to ensure quality and timely completion of projects such as claims, transportation, touch-up teams, mobile truck schedules, lorry inspections, etc.

5. Work collaboratively with internal and external parties involved in the projects, such as consultants, designers, and contractors.

6. Coordinate with consultants and designers to resolve all technical issues.

7. Maintain proper records of the assigned projects, including permits, contracts, inspections, drawings, etc.

8. Ensure quality work and compliance with contract requirements, specifications, drawings, and standards.

9. Take charge of the safety of all materials and equipment at the site and be responsible for preventing work-related injuries.

10. Check raw materials for each drawing before starting installation work.

11. Request the purchasing department to order necessary materials.

12. Send drawings to the production team to prepare materials.

13. Arrange the installation schedule, including calling customers for confirmation of job appointments.
