About the role

NSEC Precision Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled and organised Admin Coordinator to join our team in Jelutong, Penang. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our client and sales operations.

What you'll be doing

Coordinating and managing all administrative tasks related to client and sales activities

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and database

Preparing and processing client invoices, purchase orders, and other sales documents

Providing exceptional customer service by handling client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner

Assisting with the organisation and coordination of client meetings and events

Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks as needed

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or client-facing role, preferably within the manufacturing or engineering industry

Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders

Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Outlook

Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset

Collaborative team player with a positive, proactive attitude
