We are a growing trading and product company in expansion mode.

Our office is centrally located in Petaling Jaya along the Federal Highway (near Jalan 222/ Jalan Templer), near the Asia Jaya LRT Station.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
  • Handle procurement and contractors, ensuring cost-effective purchasing.

  • Implement and improve administrative processes to optimize efficiency.
  • Assist in handling payables and bill payments.
  • Assist in managing receivables, CRM data, and customer inquiries.
  • Support management with ad hoc tasks.

Job Requirements:

  • Education Level: SPM or higher.
  • Desire to learn and grow.
  • Proficient in Google Drive, task management tools, Word, and Excel.
